What is the Cancellation & Reschedule Policy?
We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life,therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. As a courtesy to other guests and to Spa National therapists, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Canceling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. If you must reschedule your appointment, notify the spa at least four (4) hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit. No-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount and you’ll need to book a new appointment and pay a deposit. Appointments made within the 24-hour period that are canceled less than 4 hours prior to the reserved appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50%.
Arriving late results in a delayed start of your scheduled service will reduce the length of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not inconvenienced. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

How early should I arrive?
We suggest you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to consult with a therapist, change, and acclimate to the spa environment. A late arrival to your appointment will result in an abbreviated treatment and full price will be charged.
Will I be expected to disrobe for a spa treatment?
Above all, we want you to be comfortable. It is customary for guests to completely disrobe for their spa services, but you may wear a swimsuit or undergarments if you wish, yet your body will be draped at all times. Your preferences will be respected.
What should I wear?
We encourage our guests to feel most relaxed and comfortable when enjoying a spa day. We ask that you wear non-restrictive garments such as yoga pants, t-shirts, sweat pants, hoodies, or even a sunday dress. If your Spa Day takes place at the Fort Lauderdale Beach, wear casual clothing or a bathing suit.
How do I prepare for my Massage Treatment?
Showering is essential prior to arriving at your appointment. Also arrive at the massage appointment without jewelry and place your cell phone on silent before service takes place.
